Court boards and automatic updates
For staff
- Tennis and pickleball boards show the current reservation, players, lessons and upcoming bookings for each court. Staff can choose a date from the available schedule window.
For club displays
- A display mode stays on today’s schedule and changes the date at midnight in the club’s time zone. Court information refreshes automatically, with separate times for the latest screen check and source update.
For everyone
- A discreet About link opens developer and support details, a guide to using the boards, and this change log.
For administrators
- The app supports a custom domain on DigitalOcean App Platform, an encrypted connection to a managed MySQL database, and source sign-in details supplied through encrypted environment variables.
- The worker checks the reservation source every 30 seconds by default, and open boards check the database every 15 seconds. Both intervals can be changed in App Platform settings. Database setup and versioned updates run as part of deployment.
